Order Processing and Shipping
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States only.
Order processing: Generally 2–3 business days.
Free standard shipping: Typically 10–14 business days after processing.
Express shipping: $20, with delivery typically taking 6–8 business days after processing.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Depending on inventory availability and fulfillment arrangements, orders may ship from a separate fulfillment location. Our Chicago address is our business and customer contact address and may not be the shipment origin.

Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify, products must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and include any original tags and proof of purchase. Please contact us for return authorization before sending an item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
